The Roy F. and Joann Cole Mitte Foundation is offering up to $100,000 in scholarships to students from eligible Texas counties* who plan to attend college in the state. Renewable scholarships of $10,000 will be granted for students attending four-year colleges, and $5,000 scholarships will be awarded for students attending two-year colleges.
