To maximize policy-related placements in New York State agencies, the legislature, and statewide nonprofit advocacy organizations; to provide students with policy field experience and academic coursework in public policy and advocacy; and to offer professional development and co-curricular activities that prepare participants for impactful careers in public service and policy leadership.
