To provide for undergraduate engineering or pre-engineering students who are enrolled full-time in a post-secondary educational institution and pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in a course of study that traditionally has been a prerequisite for careers in the nuclear science and engineering fields, with the goal of encouraging academic excellence and supporting the development of future professionals in the nuclear industry.
